Property Listing Requirements

As your sellers listing agent we are legally obligated to share any information we receive on your behalf, acting as your advocate at all times.

  • Take professional photos of your home
  • Create a marketing plan for your home
  • Advert in many different areas through portals and our user-friendly web page
  • Provide feedback to the seller
  • Communicate the market activity
  • Present and advise seller of all offers
  • Negotiate the highest price possible
  • Coordinate viewings with yourself, agents and clients, on your behalf
  • Coordinate the purchase process with lawyers, agents, buyers and if needed, the best possible money transfer solution
  • Making selling your home as smooth as possible

To List your property we will require the following:

  • A copy of the Title Deeds
  • Nota Simple from the Land Registry
  • Last IBI Property Tax Bill and Rubbish Rates
  • Last Utility Bills (water, electric, etc.)
  • Community Administrator contact details (if applicable)
  • Certificate from the Town Hall saying there is no proceedings against the property
  • Contact details of lawyer’s vendor
  • Energy Certificate valued for 10 years
