Kerry is the owner of Mijas Real Estate and offers over 20 years of local knowledge of Mijas Pueblo and Costa including the surrounding areas of the Costa Del Sol.

Steven Mellor

Steven is the rock behind his wife Kerry and over the last few years has joined the team specialising in client relations.

Steven is very clear, at Mijas real estate we are here to guide clients through the buying process and select properties that are relevant to their requirements. The houses sell thermself, if we listen first we can deliver what clients are truly looking for.

Steven instills confidence in his clients with his relaxed approach, through his network of connections he can obtain properties the entire length of the coast.

Daniela Ahlden

My name is Daniela Ahlden. I am a trained wholesale and foreign trade clerk. In addition, I completed my training as an insurance specialist 15 years ago and completed further training as a real estate agent (IHK checked) and real estate manager (IHK checked).

5 years ago we founded the company Ahlden Immobilien GmbH in Germany. We operate motels through the company and manage our own properties in Germany, Sweden, Austria, Canada and Spain. I met Kerry and Steven through our properties in Spain. We have been working with Mijas Realestate since 2021. Together we offer you an all-round service for German interested parties / buyers and/or investors. Mijas Realestate has access to over 15,000 properties on the Costa del Sol and offers you a personal, friendly and serious service. Starting from the search to moving in.
